Situation

DRA Supports Only Certain Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Management Tasks in Certain Scenarios

Resolution

DRA 8.1 SP1 only supports move mailbox tasks in certain scenarios when you have installed one version of Microsoft Exchange server and you have enabled a different Microsoft Exchange policy. For example, if you have installed Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and you enable the policy for Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server and Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 support, DRA does not support other Microsoft Exchange mailbox management tasks.
