Situation

Error: 'CHR0369 an error was detected accessing MS word'
Unable to run a report in Vivinet Assessor

Resolution

To resolve this issue, please download and install the latest version of NetIQ Vivinet Assessor (version 3.3 or later).  If you are unable to upgrade to the latest version of the product you may consider using Microsoft Word 2000 or Word 2003.

Cause

This error occurs because the version of NetIQ Vivinet Assessor 3.2 does not support Microsoft Word 2007
