Resolution
This is a known issue with the EM 7.0 Release version of EMProfileUpdate. This issue was first resolved in EM 7.0 Hotfix 70828. Install Hotfix 70828 to resolve this issue.
Cause
There is a known issue with the EMProfileUpdate code that prevents it from correctly updating the Outlook Address Book service in the user's MAPI profile

If you have previously copied the EMProfileUpdate.exe utility to a network share for use with logon scripts, after installing this hotfix on the Exchange Migrator console, copy the newly updated EMProfileUpdate.exe and replace the previous copy on your network share.
