Netiq Secure Configuration Manager 5.7

Situation

Unable to distribute files to .xls or .doc format

Resolution

Tab seperated and rtf formats replace .xls and .doc respectively

Cause

SCM 5.7 no longer uses Crystal reports so these file types are not available for file distribution.
