Faulting Module NTdll.dll generated from an agent (NETIQKB70787)

Error: "Faulting Module NTdll.dll generated" when logging into an AppManager managed Domain Controller that has the Async_EventLog knowledge script running against its Security Event Log.
Asynch_EventLog running against Domain Controllers causes the NetIQ AppManager Agent service to crash.

Stop the Asynch_EventLog knowledge script that is running against the agent machine.  Especially if it is a Domain Controller, this knowledge script is not designed to run continuously against the Security Event Log.  A recommendation would be to use NetIQ Security Manager to monitor the log files.

The Asynch_EventLog knowledge script is running against the Security Event Log on a Domain Controller, and is causing the QAsynchA4.dll (Asynch Module) on the client machine to crash because it is not able to parse the mass amount of information being generated.
