Situation

Unable to export or distribute report

Exporting a report only creates a blank folder and no file

Report distribution does not work

No file is created when distributing or exporting a report

Resolution

Hotfix 70770 resolves this issue and is available from our website.

Cause

This is an issue with Crystal Report not being able to submit reports for background processing.
