Chart Console hangs and never opens up with only an hour glass from either the Operator Console or the Web Console.
To fix the issue:
Configure settings for purging old data out of the Data table
- Open the Operator Console, select File, Preferences and click on the Repository tab, then on the Data option
- Configure the settings for Data options and allow the NetIQ Purge Data QDB to execute and move the data points
The NetIQ Purge Data QDB SQL job has not been configured to purge old archived data.
