NetIQ AppManager's TempDB grows very quickly as well as CPU utilization climbs to 100% (NETIQKB70730)

The TempDB of the SQL Server where CCDB is installed grew at an alarming rate with CPU utilization up to 100%.
The event synchronization between the Operator Console and the Control Center Console involved a waiting time of several minutes.

Please download and install AM701_Hotfix71007.exe in order to correct these issues.  Hotfix71007 can be downloaded from the following location:
