Error: The directory server has failed to create the ADAM serviceConnectionPoint object in the ActiveDirectory. This operation will be retried.

Resolution

Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.x is not recommended to be installed on a domain controller.  The error in the Event log can occur every 45 minutes and is informational.

To resolve this issue, do not install DRA 8.x on domain controllers.
