HTTP Status 500 Error in AppManager Performance Pprofiler Console after installing. (NETIQKB70701)

HTTP Status 500 Error when you open the AMPP ( Performance Profiler ) Console
This occurs when you open the AMPP Console just after installation.
You don?t get presented with the AMPP logon, this error occurs as soon as you open the console.
Tomcat and Analythics service are running and SQL Server service is up.


To resolve this issue please follow the process below:

  1. Open regional settings.
  2. Ensure the regional setting are set to US English.
  3. Click on the advanced tab and check the
    ?Apply all setting to the current and to the default user profile? check box.
  4. You may need to restart the server for this workaround to fix the issue.


Regional settings are not set for all profiles and the Tomcat engine fails.
