Resolution

 

To turn on logging for NetIQ Secure Configuration Manager, complete the following steps:

On the Start menu, click Programs > NetIQ Secure Configuration Manager > Core Services Configuration Utility.

On the Logging tab, set the Log Output Level to Debug.

Set the Communication Tracing to Enabled.

Click Apply and close the configuration utility.

Then restart the Netiq Core Services service.

After turning on logging, recreate the problem you were having and then collect logs.

For debugging, send the contents of the Program Files\NetIQ\Secure Configuration Manager\Core Services\log folder to support-houston@netiq.com.
