Situation
Symptom: The swap profile does not take effect for RMTCMD server rules.
Symptom: The swap profile specified in secured entry is not working.
Symptom: Remote transactions are not using the swap profile specified in the rules.
Symptom: The swap profile specified in secured entry is not working.
Symptom: Remote transactions are not using the swap profile specified in the rules.
Resolution
Fix: To allow RRM to use the swap profile, the exit point corresponding to the secured entry must be in secured mode.
To secure the exit point:
- Use RRM option "Work With Exit Points".
- Use option 2 to edit the exit point.
- Specify *YES for 'Secured'.
Cause
Cause: The exit point corresponding to the secured entry (access rule) is not in secured mode.
Cause: The exit point related to the secured entry specifies *NO for 'Secured'.
