Situation

After restoring the blobid table, new Users are unable to create charts in Chart Console

Error: "Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'blobid', table 'QDB.dbo.blob': column does not allow nulls

Resolution

Set the identity attribute of the column 'blobid' to "Yes" and retry creating charts.

Cause

The identity attribute of the column 'blobid' is set to "No"
