Resolution
To upgrade to Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.1 from previous versions (7.5, 8.0, 8.0 SP1), install the new version over your existing version. You do not need to uninstall your existing version. DRA 8.1 is an in-place upgrade For more information about upgrading from previous versions, see the Administration Installation Guide.
