Chart Data for a particular period of time is missing from the Chart Console and Web Console, but displays correctly in the Operator Console.
Increase the amount of data points you want to collect within the Chart Console:
- Launch the Chart Console
- Go to File, Preferences
- For the "Fetch no more than x points" setting, configure that to a higher value
Increasing this value will also increase the amount of time it takes to fetch a chart.
Chart Data collection is configured at its default level of 2000 for the "Fetch no more than X data points". This means that if there are more than 2000 data points collected for a particular job, only the most recent 2000 will be displayed.
