Fix

Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) does not currently have the ability to delegate control over Exchange Mailbox Stores, Administrative Groups or Servers through ActiveView powers or roles.  If Exchange support is enabled in DRA, Assistant Admins will have the ability to create mailboxes on any and all Mailbox Stores, Storage Groups and Servers.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
