Situation

How do I configure access to the Control Center Console?

Resolution

To configure access to the Control Center Console:

  • Log into the console with the account provided at that time of CC install
  • Add any AppManager Admins access to Control Center by configuring the "Permissions Management" section of Control Center
  • Add any AppManager Admins to the management group
  • Verify the AppManager Admin has a SQL ID created and linked to the AD account under the Security category of the NQCCDB database
  • Verify the AppManager Admin's SQL ID is listed as a db owner for the NQCCDB database
  • Have the AppManager Admin log into Control Center
