Situation
error: "you have not configured the central computer responsible for trend anaylsis" when opening the control center.
The control center opens but they cannot see trend analysis reports.

Resolution
Create a login account with 25 or less characters, the character count should include domain name, backslash, and username. Eg. domainname\username
Cause
The user is logging in with an account over 25 characters.
