NetIQ AppManger 7.0.x
Unable to get a status using the NetIQCtrl command getting error "Failed to CoCreate Instance"
Perform the following steps:
On either the Management server or the Agent server:
- Open a command prompt and change directory to %SystemRoot%\Program Files\NetIQ\Bin
- Run the command line RegSvr32 nqctrlcom.dll
- Retry running NetIQCtrl
This can be caused when some of the AppManager components are missing and the NQCtrlcom.dll does not get registered from the %SystemRoot%\Program Files\NetIQ\Bin directory
