Situation
DRA service randomly crashes after creating computer objects.
The Apply and Finish buttons remain active when DRA is processing multiple or complex post-task triggers associated with the same operation type.

Resolution
NetIQ Technical Support and Development are aware of this issue. DRA 8.1 SP1 will disable the Apply and Finish buttons to prevent them from being pressed multiple times. DRA 8.1 SP1 will be available first quarter 2008.
As a workaround, do not press the Finish or Apply button more than once in the Wizard.
Cause
ComputerCreate has a post-task trigger associated with it and the Finish or Apply button is being pushed more than once, causing DRA to try to create the same object with the same name and information multiple times.
