CallManagerDiscovery failes on CM5 when no name resolution is present (NETIQKB70451)

A discovery of a CM5 device will fail if the proxy cannot resolve the hostname of the CM.

Failed Event Message:
Error Message: An internal failure occurred that prevented the current iteration of the job from completing. The following information should be provided to NetIQ Support

A DNS or hostfile entry is required so that the proxy server can resolve the host name of the CallManager Server.

This error message has also been refined in a subsequent hotfix. Please ensure you're using the latest version of the CiscoCM module.
