Symptom

Group is not displayed in a search to add to a User if the User is already a member of the Group.

Cannot find Group to add membership.

Group is not displayed in a search list for a User to add to Group's membership.

Cause

DRA does not display a Group to add to an object's membership if the object is already a member of the Group.

Fix

This is by design.  Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) will not display a Group in a search return to add to a object's membership if that object is already a member of the Group.
