Symptom

User is not displayed in a search to add to a Group if the User is already a member of the Group.

Cannot find User to add to a Group.

User is not displayed in a search list to add to a Group's membership.

Cause

DRA does not display an object to add to a Group if the object is already a member of the Group.

Fix

This is by design.  Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) will not display an object in a search return to add to a Group's membership if that object is already a member of the Group.
