Goal: Which report shows a user's number of invalid logon attempts?

Goal: Is there a report that shows how many times a user has tried to sign on unsuccessfully?

Fact:  User Profile Authority Information report

Fix: The User Profile Authority Information report includes the Invalid Signon Attempts column.

You can run the report with a filter to select Field Name = UPNVSA,  Operator Value = GT, Value =  0.

To access the report, use PSMENU, options 1, 1, 8, and 4.
