Situation
How to collect logs for Analysis Center?
Resolution
Each server hosting an Analysis Cemter component should have the following logs in the locations listed below. Please collect these logs and forward to NetIQ Technical Support:
1) Browse to this (hidden) folder for the NetIQTrace.log files: ..\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\NetIQLOG
2) Locate the Analysis Center installation logs in the following location: ..\Program Files\NetIQ\Temp\NetIQ_Debug folder. These files include the following:
AnalysisCenterDLLInstall.log
AnalysisCenterDLLMaint.log
AnalysisCenterInstall.log
AnalysisCenterMaint.log
