Symptom: User profile cannot logon.
Symptom: User profile cannot signon.
Fix: To determine which user and job disabled a user profile, run the following reports for the desired date range:
- Crt, Chg, Restore of User Profiles (Any Action To User Profiles, User Profile Changes Report). Use PSMENU, options 1, 1, 5, 2, and 2.
- Invalid Sign-on Attempts (Passwords Used That Are Not Valid, Password and User ID Failures Report). Use PSMENU, options 1, 1, 5, 2, and 1.
