Fact: Operations Navigator (OpsNav)

Symptom: Error: CPFB96B "Authentication failed for request from user..."

Symptom: When trying to start Management Central Monitors from Operations Navigator, a connection failure message is given.

Cause: PCs outside the firewall cannot start the Monitors.
