Symptom: Error: "PSI00 in library QTEMP with adopt authority attribute not restored."

Symptom: Error is found on RSTLICPGM command.

Symptom: Unable to install or upgrade the iSeries product from NetIQ.

Cause: System value QALWRSTOBJ prevents restore of product installation programs.

Fix: Change system value QALWOBJRST to allow restore of objects that have security-sensitive attributes.

To change system value QALWOBJRST to allow restore of product installation programs that adopt program owner's authority, run the following command:

CHGSYSVAL SYSVAL(QALWOBJRST) VALUE(*ALL)
