Situation
Control Center Console display is blank except for the status and task pane.
Resolution
Remove the following XML files under the directory on Windows 2003 Server:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Local Settings\Application Data\NetIQ\AppManager Control Center:
- navgroups.xml
- toolbar.xml
Remove the following XML files under the directory on Windows 2008 Server:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\NetIQ\AppManager Control Center
- navgroups.xml
- toolbar.xml
Cause
NetIQ has confirmed that this is a problem in the product listed in this article. This article will be updated with solution details as soon as a fix is available.
