Symptom:
Event ID 16347: The assistant admin does not have enough powers to run this 'IsPropertyInSchema' operation

Symptom:
The following event is logged in the application event log on the DRA server when non-DRA Admins open a users properties or highligts a suer account and group membership is displayed in the details pane.  DRA admins do not generate the event.

Symptom:
Even though the failure audit events are generated, the AA's do not see an errors and the submitted process completes successfully.  Only this event is logged in the application log, no problem other than that is ever seen.

Cause:  The DRA server is checking for the power 'IsPropertyInSchema' incorrectly

Fix:  A buddy drop file is available that merges a reg file into the registry.  Permanent HotFix is scheduled for release later this summer. Contact Tech Support for this Buddy Drop file
