Event 7000 File not found when trying to start SM service (NETIQKB70214)

When trying to start the Security Manager service, you receive an error stating Event 7000, File not found.

In order to resolve this, you will need to modify a registry entry.

1. Go into the registry to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/NetIQ Security Manager
2. Change the value for the ImagePath key to the correct location for the nqsmsvc.exe executable. This is likely in Program Files\NetIQ Security Manager\OnePoint
3. Start the Security Manager service.

The reason for this is that the path to the Security Manager executable is incorrect in the registry for the NetIQ Security Manager service.
