Situation
The General_AsciiLog Knowledge Script does not monitor the content overwriting in the AsciiLog file.
Resolution
Hotfix 56364 has been superseded.
The latest version of the Windows OS module will contain this fix. Please visit
www.netiq.com/support/am to download this module.
Why Install this Hotfix?
This hotfix resolves the following issues:
The General_AsciiLog and General_AsciiLogRX Knowledge Scripts does not support logs that have Unicode format.
The General_AsciiLog Knowledge Script does not monitor the content overwriting in the AsciiLog file.
