Position To parameter for Work with Archived User Profiles fails with error:  RNQ0100 Length or start position is out of range for the string operation

symptom
Program ZPRP27 error:  Length or start position is out of range for the string operation

symptom
Attempting to input a user profile of 10 characters in the Positition To field yields an error.

cause
Input in field of 10 characters generates an error.

fix

This is a known issue that has been submitted to Development for a future fix.

A workaround is to use the first 9 characters in the Position To field and press enter.
