Symptom
Unable to perform "carriage returns" in DRA 8.0 for the Description, Notes and User Comments attribute fields.

Cause
This is by design.

Fix
Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.0 no longer allows simple carriage returns to be performed in the Description, Notes and User Comments attribute fields. This change was made from previous versions of DRA to address an exporting issue encountered with carriage returns.  To perform a successful carriage return in these attribute fields, CTRL + ENTER must now be used.
