Upgrade failed with error.
cause
PSRUNRPT was executed during the same session to document RRM Exit Point Settings. PSRUNRPT leaves AP1003F open. The upgrade cannot restore the file and fails.
fix
End the session where the PSRUNRPT command was executed and start a fresh session before beginning the upgrade process.
