Situation

How to get the UPM job PSPROFILE to delete inactive profiles listed in the Profiles Requiring Manual Deletion report?
PPM does not delete some inactive profiles.
Error: 'CPD9022 Distribution QTCP-QTCP-XXXX-XX cannot be found.'

Resolution

Inactive profiles must be manually deleted. 

This issue has been reported for a potential resolution in the future.



Cause

Inactive profiles are not archived or deleted because old mail distributions cannot be found.
