Situation
Error message when running reports against an agent in the DMZ
Error: 'The network path was not found'
Error: 'The network path was not found'
Resolution
Right click on the agent and select Properties. Select the System tab. Change the host name to either the IP address of the agent or the short name of the agent machine instead of the fully qualified name.
Cause
This was a name resolution problem
