Environment

Secure Password Administrator 1.0

Situation

How do I allow non-DRA Admins the ability to log on to the SPA Admin Site?

How to I allow non-DRA Admins to run the Unregistered Users Report?

Resolution

In order to log on to the Secure Password Administrator (SPA) Admin Site, the user must be a Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Admin.  It is not possible to delegate this ability to any other Assistant Admin.

In order to run the Unregistered Users Report, the user must log in to the SPA Admin Site, and therefore must be a DRA Admin.

An enhancement request has been opened for consideration in a future release of Secure Password Administrator to allow delegation of the ability to log in to the SPA Admin Site as a non-DRA Admin, and to then run the Unregistered Users Report.
