Error received by Assistant Admins when attempting to manage Clone Exceptions.
cause
The Modify Clone Exceptions power does not contain the View Clone Exceptions power by default.
fix
When Assistant Admins are delegated the Modify Clone Exceptions power and attempt to manage Clone Exceptions, the error 'The AssistantAdmin does not have enough powers to run this 'CloneExceptionsGet' operation.' displays. Clicking OK does not grant access to the Clone Exceptions node and they are still unable to view existing Clone Exceptions. However, once the additional power View Clone Exceptions is also delegated, Assistant Admins can manage Clone Exceptions without error.
As a workaround to this issue, delegate the additional power of View Clone Exceptions to the ActiveView and Assistant Admin(s).
The Manage Clone Exceptions power should, by default, contain the View Clone Exceptions power. NetIQ Technical Support has recognized this as an issue in Directory and Resource Administrator 8.0 and has opened a ticket with Development to investigate.
