Situation

Can terminated users still launch SPA and access their account information?

How do I prevent terminated users from launching SPA?

Resolution

To prevent terminated users from launching SPA and resetting or enabling their account information, you must launch the SPA Admin site and disable the SPA profile of terminated users.  Disabling the SPA profile prevents terminated users launching their SPA profile and changing their password to get back into the network.
