cause

These errors occur when you try to specify a command in a language-specific (NLV) library, e.g. QSYS2931 for Spanish.
The actual command called resides in QSYS, so the version in the language-specific library cannot be used.
NLV is an abbreviation for National Language Version, which is the mechanism OS/400 uses to support multiple languages on one iSeries server.

The issues can also occur when you are specifying commands in previous release support libraries like QSYSV4R5M0 and QSYSV5R1M0.
These libraries are present for compatibility purposes with other systems that are on older OS/400 levels.

fix

Use the commands listed in QSYS instead.
