Unable to add the $McsLocalAccount, LoginHours, LoginWorkstations, logonHours and logonWorkstations attributes to a new power.

symptom
Some attribute fields in the built-in Powers are unable to be added to Custom Powers.

cause
These attribute fields are not directly associated with individual powers and are only available from existing Roles/Powers.

fix

Some attribute fields such as $McsLocalAccount, LoginHours, LoginWorkstations, logonHours and logonWorkstations are not available to be managed by separate powers within Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA).  As a workaround, clone the existing power(s) that contain the desired attribute fields and then add/remove other attribute fields until the desired power is complete.
