Currently, there is no way to visually differentiate between a user's normal group membership and group membership assigned by temporary group assignment.  When viewing the Member Of tab, all groups the user is currently a member of display the same icon.

The request for this type of functionality is being considered for a future release. At this time, however there has been no decision made to include this feature.
