Fix

The Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Recycle Bin can manage Users, Groups, Computers and Contacts beginning with DRA version 8.0 SP1. DRA version 8.0 could only manage Users in the Web Console, while previous versions of DRA did not have Recycle Bin functionality in the Web Console.  The power, View All Recycle Bin Objects, was added in version 8.0 and will allow the viewing of User objects only, while in version 8.0 SP1 and later, it will allow the additional viewing of Groups, Computers and Contacts.

This functionality has been added in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 8.0 SP1 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
