Situation

Assistant Admins with the ability to view objects in the Recycle Bin are unable to do so using the Web Console.

Resolution

There is an existing problem translating the proper delegated powers for Assistant Admins in the Web Console in DRA 8.0.  This problem has been address in DRA version 8.0 SP1.  Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.

Cause

The delegated powers are not translating correctly when Assistant Admins are connected using the Web Console.
