NetIQ has confirmed that this is a problem in the versions of AppManager specified in this article.  This article will be updated when a solution is available.

This report knowledge script utilizes the NetIQrpSerLevAvail1x stored procedure in the AppManager repository.  The stored procedure has an apparent problem matching the data points nearest the report's start and end times, thereby creating a minor rounding error.
