symptom
Unable to create clone exceptions for Home phone, Mobile and Pager telephone numbers in DRA 7.x.

cause
The Home phone, Mobile and Pager attribute fields are multi-valued property fields and unsupported in DRA 7.x and earlier.

fix

In Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) 7.5 and earlier, the Home phone, Mobile and Pager telephone numbers cannot be added as exceptions for user account cloning because they are multi-valued property fields, unsupported in DRA 7.x and earlier.  DRA 8.0, however, does support multi-valued property fields and these attributes can be excluded as clone exceptions.

This issue is resolved in DRA 8.0 and later. Upgrade to the latest version of DRA to resolve this problem.
