After upgrading to IBM OS V5R3M5 from V5R3M0, jobs under ZPSE aren't running.
symptom
PSEAGENTD job doesn't start under ZPSE subsystem.
cause
Even if the Service Programs were added after a prior V5R3MX upgrade, subsequent IBM upgrades can remove them.
fix
IBM removed a group of Service Programs beginning with version OS V5R3. Our PTF 1C02009 addresses this issue. If you previoulsy applied 1C02009 (and downloaded the access class libraries) after an earlier OS V5R3 modification, you need only follow the "Special Instructions/Notes:" portion of the PTF cover letter to obtain the IBM Service Programs.
