Situation

If user password challenge and response questions are changed, will the user be forced to re-register or will the questions used during the user registration continue to be used?

What happens if the Secure Password Administrator (SPA) challenge/response questions for a user are changed?

Resolution

If the challenge/response questions for a user are changed the user will not have to re-register.  If a user has already registered, the user retains the original questions/answers. However, if a user logs on to SPA and selects "Edit my SPA profile," the user will be presented with the new list of questions.
