Deploying the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Agent to domain controllers in managed domains is an all-or-nothing action.  DRA does not currently have the functionality to specify the domain controllers to receive or not receive the DRA Agent.

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
